Blood test 'detects early signs of cancer relapses'

A blood test has been developed by scientists that could save lives by finding cancers that have started to grow again after treatment.

Results from a trial conducted by the Institute of Cancer Research suggest traces of breast cancer were found eight months before medics would have spotted them.
