ynet מחאת יוצאי אתיופיה: עימותים אלימים ליד עיריית תל אביב - חדשות: כמה מפגינים השליכו בקבוקים לעבר השוטרים ואחרים אף ירקו לעברם. השוטרים פינו את המוחים באמצעות גז פלפל. חלק מהמפגינים כיסו את פניהם. כוח משטרה הכניס את השר לביטחון הפנים ואת מפקד המחוז לתוך בניין העירייה בשל האלימות הקשה באזור.

מוקדם יותר חסמו המפגינים רחובות מרכזיים בעיר, אך השוטרים ניסו להימנע ממגע עמם. המוחים קראו קריאות בגנות המפכ"ל רב-ניצב יוחנן דנינו ונשאו שלטים בגנות הגזענות. הקריאות "הדם שלנו טוב רק במלחמות" ו"שוטר אלים צריך להיות בפנים" נשמעו שוב ושוב.

Some demonstrators threw bottles at police and others even spit at them. The police gave the protesters using pepper spray. Some of the protesters covered their faces. Police force put the Minister of Public Security and the commander of the district into city hall because of the extreme violence in the region. <br> Earlier protesters blocked main streets in the city, but police tried to avoid contact with them. Protesters chanted slogans against the Police Commissioner Yohanan Danino and carried signs condemning racism. Calls "our blood is only good wars" and violent cop should be inside "were heard repeatedly.
