Kate Gosselin's kids are reportedly not allowed to receive presents from their dad. According to a report from Radar Online, the "Kate Plus 8" star is being accused of throwing away toys sent to her children by her ex-husband, Jon Gosselin.

"(Kate Gosselin's kids) have explained concern that they cannot safely bring any gifts, toys, pictures or stuffed animals home from Father's house," said a rep for Jon Gosselin.

"Mother takes them away, and throws them out."

Kate Gosselin's kids reportedly tried several ways to hide gifts sent by their estranged father.

"Children have independently decided to hide certain toys, etc. around their room but fear every day that they will be found and thrown away," said the reality star's lawyer.

The accusation followed previous claims that Kate Gosselin physically hurt her kids.

"While bathing Leah, Father found large red welt on her read end," claimed Jon Gosselin's lawyer.

Even though Jon Gosselin and Kate Gosselin have been constantly clashing about how to raise their kids after their divorce last 2009, a previous report from Us Weekly said they had to act civil for an event that was filmed for "Kate Plus 8."

The filmed event - a family yard sale held at St. John's United Church of Christ in Wernersvill last year - reportedly forced the ex-couple to work together for the special episode.

Kate Gosselin also spoke up recently about constant criticisms being thrown her way.

"To a degree, I try not to let it get to me. I ignore a lot of it because I'm busy," the reality star said, reported by Radar Online.

 "To this handful of people who decided to devote their lives to hating me: I feel bad for them. I mean, what a sorry, sad life to try to take down another individual - like, do you really think you have an effect on my life? You don't."

"You've never met me. You've seen me on TV but you don't see the whole thing (so) you don't know the whole thing," she added.
