Rookie has a recurring feature called Ask a Grown Man, where adult men answer questions from teenage girls. Run the JewelsThom YorkeStephen MalkmusVampire WeekendTV on the Radio's Tunde Adebimpe, and others have previously given their two cents. Now, Adam Horovitz, aka Ad-Rock of Beastie Boys, has chimed in. Watch his video below, via Rookie.

Horovitz fielded questions on how to pursue a first kiss ("Just go ahead and do it!"), how to break up with someone you're just not that into ("You can blame your parents"), and what to do when your boyfriend isn't giving you enough attention. "I don’t mean to generalize, but I’m going to: Boys are, for the most part, not very observant," he said. Amen, Ad-Rock.
