The terrorist outfit ISIS has brutally beheaded four more people with sharp knives in Iraq on charges of spying, which the group termed as the "Harvesting of Spies".
A local source in Salahuddin province said Tuesday, that elements of the ISIS group have beheaded four civilians, including a local council member in the city of Tikrit.
The civilians were executed on charges of forming Volunteer Fighters (al-Hashd al-Sha’bi) cells.
City of Tikrit is currently experiencing large-scale military operations conducted by the security forces and al-Hashd al-Sha’bi fighters to liberate it from ISIS control.
