Quiz Bowl Class B/C is Saturday

VICTORY TWP. – The rescheduled Class B/C West Shore High School Quiz Bowl will be held on March 7, beginning at 9 a.m. in the Center Stage Theater on the West Shore Community College campus.

The double elimination tournament will proceed throughout each day with championship matches expected to be held at about 1:30 p.m.

Competition for the class B and C schools was postponed on Feb. 20, due to poor weather conditions.

The Quiz Bowl, now in its 28th year, is a project of the West Shore Educational Service District and the Manistee Intermediate School District.  The WSCC Foundation, who sponsors the event, provides scholarships to a senior of the top schools in each division.

All competition is open to the public.
