Sheriff’s office performs liquor inspections

mcso_cruiser_k9MASON COUNTY — Seven liquor inspections were conducted by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office at various locations throughout the county during the evening hours of Monday, Jan. 26. No violations were found, said Sheriff Kim Cole.

Other MCSO activity from Monday, Jan. 26, 2015:

– 11:16 a.m., alarm activation, 7500 block of Barothy, Branch Twp.

– 5:19 p.m., gas drive-off, $7.01, 5400 block of W. US-10 — Airport Shell, Pere Marquette Twp.

– 7:21 p.m., a 50-year-old Ludington man was arrested for second-offense driving while license suspended following a traffic stop, US-10 and Benson, Branch Twp.

– 8:54 p.m., suspicious vehicle call, Budde Rd., Free Soil Twp., case closed.
