Visual Studio plug-in

We are interested in using the Visual Studio plug-in to be able to get PDM's from our repository transported to Visual Studio/TFS in which the build and maintenance workflow of our databases are supported.

We have seen a Repository menu-item when we used a previous version of PowerDesigner 16.5, but now we are using PD 16.5 SP03 PL03 64-bits this option seems to be gone, including in PD documentation.

Does anybody know the status of this plug-in?

Does anybody use the plug-in in a previous version?

I upgraded to 16.5.4 and can no longer use the Visual Studio plug in either. Were you able to figure out the problem or discover a workaround? I'm thinking of going back to my previous version of Powerdesigner so I can use Visual Studio and TFS.

I didn't have an answer or workaround yet. I have logged this as an incident (0001115670 2014)

I received following message from SAP, so I am afraid that we have to keep the previous version if we want to use this.

"Hello,

I am sorry to inform you that per engineeribg decision the Microsoft

Visual Studio plug-in is not provided anymore with recent releases of

PowerDesigner."

That's too bad. I guess I need to look for an alternative. Thanks for the update.
