Mid Staffordshire NHS Trust healthcare comes to an end

The Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust is being broken up from Saturday, with key services being split between neighbouring health trusts.

Last year, a report found there had been basic failings in standards of care at Stafford hospital, leading to an unusually high death rate.
