Health department offers flu vaccine for uninsured.

District Health Dept. #10 is offering free flu shots to anyone without insurance coverage between the ages of 19 and 64 years of age. Income qualifications do apply.

DHD10 is setting up special clinics in each of the 10 counties it serves. All clinics are by appointment only. During this clinic, enrollment specialists will be available to assist individuals in applying for the Healthy Michigan Plan, the newly expanded Medicaid program. Visit www.dhd10.org/flu-clinics to find more information about all of our flu clinics. Flu shots are also available through regular vaccination clinics and the agency accepts Medicaid and bills other insurances.
