For over 18 years, Triton has offered our customers a fast, easy way to remotely manage their portfolio of Triton ATMs with Triton Connect.

Triton Connect enables customers to perform a wide range of monitoring and control functions from a dedicated PC. This is not only convenient, but can save money by reducing the number of visits made to your ATM to perform terminal configuration or data retrieval.

Triton Connect 6.0, Triton’s newest version of remote monitoring software, now uses SQL as its journal database engine.  SQL provides virtually unlimited database size, which eliminates the need to continually archive journal data.  If you do not have an SQL license, then the Triton Connect 6.0 installer includes SQL Express, which has a database size limit of 10GB. Because you will not have to archive as often, you will be able to browse one large journal, rather than many smaller ones. SQL also offers industry standard database management tools.

The database improvements are just the beginning; Triton has also added the robust functionality that you’ve been asking for. Triton 6.0 also includes:

• The ability to combine many of your older version databases into a single file, for customers currently using multiple Triton Connect installations.
• A single Comloc solution, so that there is no need to manage multiple Comlocs on different PCs.
• The ability to create filters based on terminal parameters.
• Support of setting a username and password for email notifications, which is now required by many ISPs.
• More advanced user/permission settings.
• More efficient call scheduling between TCP/IP and dialup call processors.

Note that Triton will no longer develop additional functionality for Triton Connect versions before 6.0, so customers will need to update in order to receive the new features.
