Should 'vaping bars' be banned?

As new research shows most young people do not plan to smoke e-cigarettes, experts remain divided over the safety of "vaping".

The market for e-cigarettes is estimated to be worth more than £90m a year.

However last month the World Health Organisation called for a ban on their use indoors because of concerns about public health.
