Taylor Swift’s voice has been heard around the globe.
Now, the 24-year-old singer will share her musical expertise as a celebrity adviser on season 7 of “The Voice,” Us Weekly reports.
Just as Chris Martin did during season 6 of the hit NBC singing competition show, Swift will mentor contestants across all four teams.
Working alongside mainstay coaches Adam Levine and Blake Shelton, as well as newcomers Gwen Stefani and Pharrell Williams, the “Shake It Off” singer will give the vocalists keen insight into what it takes to be a star.
“Taylor was an absolute pleasure to work with,” a source told Us. “She had great feedback for all the contestants. She made for an amazing mentor.”
While Swift will advise across all four teams, each respective team also has their own mentors. Team Adam will get some help from the legendary soul singer Stevie Wonder while Team Blake will be joined by Little Big Town.
Rookie coaches Williams and Stefani may be new to the show but they’re veterans in the music industry. Superstar aide Alicia Keys will be on-hand to assist the “Happy” singer’s team and the “Hollaback Girl” singer gets help from her husband Gavin Rossdale.
Season 7 of “The Voice” kicks off Sept. 22.
