Luther Vandross was outed as gay after his death.

Drake hosted the 2014 ESPY Awards last night, providing viewers with plenty of laughable moments and receiving overall great reviews.

The actor turned rapper took shots at everyone, including himself.

From the funny moments to those that brought tears to our eyes, we put together some of this year’s top moments.

Drake made a Donald Sterling joke during his opening monologue, and the camera immediately cut to Los Angeles Clipper Blake Griffin for his reaction. The host even brought up former Pacer Lance Stephenson’s infamous moment when he blew into the ear of LeBron James during the NBA playoffs. He completed it with the Lance Cam:

During an extremely touching portion of the awards show, actor Kiefer Sutherland presented the Jimmy V Perseverance Award to ESPN anchor Stuart Scott. Stuart has been battling a rare form of cancer since his 2007 diagnosis.

In another powerful moment, NFL defensive end Michael Sam, who became the first openly gay player to be drafted in the NFL, accepted the ESPYs Arthur Ashe Courage Award.

Drake took on Blake Griffin in a hilarious skit in which they battled over a movie title, and Chris Brown even got in on the action.

He even did an impression of Manny Pacquiao and sang the Disney hit “Let It Go.”

Aside from the funny skits, Drake sang a couple songs, naturally, for the athletes in attendance. The new songs included “Sidepieces,” with the help of Brian McKnight, and “Honorable Mentions” for those who place second.

The host even professed his love for WNBA point guard Skylar Diggins — again. He recited a poem for her when she surprised him on stage.
