Answering the question: “In your opinion, what’s the biggest truth in life and lie in life? What about in Lean?

It’s easiest answered starting the “the lie” first; the biggest lie in life is that “it’s all about me”. We go through life living that we are all the central characters in “our” book of life, which leads to the biggest truth: “I was made for a purpose – to Glorify God in everything I do, because it’s all about Him and the Book has already been written”. What about Lean? My role is to serve. Stealing a line from Zig Ziglar, “I’ll get everything in life I want, if I just help enough other people get what they want”. What people want is to grow in their job, profession and life, if I can serve them through the things that I learn with Lean and bring them on the journey it will help them achieve their “wants”. It comes back to “respect for people, or humanity”. Serve.
