Participants of the Connecticut Film Industry Training Program this week worked on a short film, “To Dye For,” that is being produced by the students in an intensive four-week film class hosted at Quinnipiac University in Hamden.
The state program, which is facing an uncertain future as a result of economic concerns, has attracted more 100 individuals from across Connecticut this year — including Valley residents, pictured here.

Alex Harris and Greg Candler, both of Shelton, also took part in the four-week intensive program, which is in its fourth year.
