(WXYZ) - The FBI was conducting raids Saturday night at multiple locations in southeast Michigan.
Action News has learned Homeland Security and the Joint Anti-terrorism Task Force is also involved in a major operation.
Federal officials would not say who they were targeting or where, but the FBI has set up a command center at the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Department in Ann Arbor, where they have brought in two satellite trucks and a radio tower.
Agents have also obtained search warrants and multiple arrests have been made

But also it could possibly be terrorist related. Both the DHS and the anti-terrorist task force are involved, and they reported the use of "heavy equipment, helicopters, satellite communications". This WXYZ report mentioned 6 people arrested as they came across the border from Ohio. It's late Saturday night. Tomorrow is Palm Sunday. Less than four months after the attempted Christmas Day bomber...a Detroit-bound plane.
We'll see what this is all about soon enough. But I thought it was worth sharing.

Washtenaw County is Ann Arbor, not far from Dearborn, which would be my guess too.
I do recall that our Homeland Security Queen redefined the term terrorist last year to be someone who holds the bible, carries a gun and is anti-abortion.

Sounds like Obama gave the word to do something to take health care off the front pages, so after months and months and months of investigations, it just so happened to be ready to go with the notices to the newpapers today, when he speeches were not selling the soap.
