LiFT is the home of Small Group Strength Training.  Our boutique studios specialise in creating strong bodies through resistance training. With small session numbers, our expert coaches ensure you get a private and personalised experience every time.

LiFT sessions are scientifically designed to give you maximum results in the shortest time. Our
perfect balance of Strength, Endurance and Conditioning sessions mean you’ll burn calories all day long, have more energy and focus, and feel strong.

Small groups

Groups are kept small and coached by our expert team. Keeping sessions small means you get the personal attention
you need when training.

Done in 45

45 minutes of training is an optimal time to create great results.  LiFT sessions create high EPOC (exercise post oxygen consumption) which means you get a huge calorie burn post training.
