Dear Nav Lehl,

It’s not quite squeaky bum time (as I note in this piece, originally in the Huffington Post). So, while we wait, we’ve got a bumper European Council issue for you. Check out our tantalising selection of videos, podcasts, reports and articles, all designed to help you make sense of Brexit.

Countdown to Brexit
First, this video. It explains what will be happening over the next few months. Watch it. Share it. Like it. (Lots) (Please) (Thanks)

End Game
A report we wrote with the Bingham Centre for the Rule of Law looks at how the Brexit process will play out in the UK and EU Parliament. Spoiler alert: it will be complex and lengthy. Read the short report and the detailed guide. It was featured in the Guardian and PoliticsHome.
I strongly suggest reading these pieces about the report too:
The real Brexit deadline is not when you think by Matt Bevington (originally in E!Sharp)
The government is misleading us about how easy the Commons vote on Brexit will be by Jack Simson Caird (originally in Times Red Box)
Roadmap to chaos: how a general election could happen by accident by Alan Wager (originally in Politics.co.uk)

Brexit Breakdown podcast
For an audio treat, listen to Matthew Elliott, chief executive of Vote Leave, discuss how the organisation came about, the highs and lows of the campaign and the future of the UK post-Brexit, together with podcaster James Millar. It featured in the Independent.

Pessimistic perspective
A survey by the Policy Institute at King’s College London, in partnership with Ipsos Mori and ourselves, finds the public is pessimistic about the prospect of a Brexit deal and the impact of leaving the EU. The Policy Institute’s director, Bobby Duffy, and I wrote No-deal Brexit: survey reveals 44% of people expect the UK to crash out of EU, which was originally in the Conversation.

EUref2
A report on how a second EU referendum can come about – legally and constitutionally, was published by UCL’s Constitution Unit and ourselves. Read their piece about it too.

Fem-xit
We received a number of articles from speakers at our gender and Brexit conference. So have a look at:
Women have been excluded from the Brexit debate by Charlotte Galpin. Watch her from the event here.
Would women suffer most from a ‘bad’ Brexit? by Julian Jessop, Chief Economist and Head of the Brexit Unit – watch him from the event here.
Partners in equality? the EU and devolution by Rachel Minto. Watch her from the event here.

Dirty Brexit
Research by Charlotte Burns and her team found that the environment is under threat without greater cooperation between the devolved nations and the UK government. Read her piece, the press release, and her reports focusing on the UK, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Agri-vated
Last week the Agriculture Bill was debated in Parliament. Michael Keating looks at the bill’s implications for devolution.
• Andrew Moxey looks at whether agriculture is being left behind by Brexit.
• Christopher Huggins looks at the future of fisheries in Northern Ireland.

Free port
I knew that would attract the drinkers among you. Catherine Barnard looks at free zones, typically near ports, and their potential after Brexit, which was originally in BrexitCentral.

Doing a Donald
Rory O' Connell explains Brexit’s know unknows.

Lost ID
Research by Noah Carl, James Dennison, and Geoffrey Evans
reveals that our weak sense of European identity was the main reason for Brexit.
