Wordpress Coding

This is my site: [login to view URL] These are the changes I would like: Part 1: I need the navigation to be styled (using CSS) to be vertical and styled like in the screen shot (font is Helvetica Bold). Make the rollover effect a transparency effect. Maybe have it lighten when you scroll over the menu. See attached screen shot for the way the pages will look after the navigation is moved. Part 2: I need this music player: [login to view URL] (player only tab) installed in the footer of this WordPress site: [login to view URL] It will replace the existing music player but I want it to continue to play when you click through the others pages. This is a feature that is not available now. I attached a screenshot of how it should look when you are finished. Part 3: I also need the page transitions to be more like a normal website. I think this is a feature of the theme but I would like it removed. Right now it fades or flashes in when you change pages. I want the background of the website to be the image on the homepage. If you can set it to be static and not change when you go through the pages that would work best.
