SEO,Link Building, Writing Articles (Website Marketing)

Hi, I'm looking for someone that can really put my website at the top of the page on many search engines especially Google. I have some articles that I have written that I would like rewritten so they are more SEO friendly and I have ideas for new articles and can give you ideas of what I am looking for in them. Articles will be anywhere from 500-2000 words. Requirements: Knows how to place backlinks and writing articles to help it plus any other internet marketing ways to help the website get up in the rankings. My blog is a savings/ coupon blog and it is a highly competitive niche so I need someone who knows what they are doing. Price is a factor however I will pay more for someone who is really good. Please reply back with some links to articles you may have written or a portfolio, a website if you have one and also how much you will charge per article.
