Website Marketplace Design and Building

We would like to build a free advertisement, buy and sell marketplace. Where members can buy and sell for free. We need someone to design and build the website for us. Capabilities of the SELLER Members are: 1. Create Accounts/LogIn/LogOut and with email confirmation. And password reminder/request by email. 2. Members can then post their items, upload pictures and write about the description of their items 3. Product(s) listed must not be posted immediately (because we need to review and approve the item being posted). 4. Sellers must be able to edit/delete their products. 5. When they edit the item, it must be approved and reviewed by us first before it goes live on the website. 4. Maximum of 60 days the item can stay listed on the website. After 60 days, it will alert the seller to repost it. 5. Each listing page must have a social networking link so that it can be shared to any networking site such as on facebook and Twitter, etc. 6. The website should have a counter for number of registered sellers, number of items on sale, the number of users currently online. So the above are only the basics of the said website. We have the plan and the flow diagram on how do we go about this goal. But for the meantime, if you are professionally experienced and has the proper education and knowledge about this project, please give us your bid proposal. Please show us your previous work as well.
