Stealth Page URL redirect script & installation needed

Hi I need a domain redirect script to redirect my domain to another website, but to keep my domain in the browser ie a stealth page. I dont want to pay another $50 (price is even more expensive now). This is a very quick and easy job for someone who knows what they are doing so I only want to pay $15-$20. the job should be finished in a few minutes Please get in touch asap and we can discuss it further.
