Titanium Appcelerator Project

Job Description I have a 4 phase project I need done. Attached is the information on what needs to be done. This project was mostly completed for android with the exception of a few minor additions. And then I want to add some free versions of the app. And then I want to roll it out to Blackberry platform also. I can provides source code through messages or interview. The project description is too long so I am attaching a file that explains what I need done. Please bid on how much you would require for phase 1 AND phase 2. Milestones can be broken up based on your bid. Phases 1 &2 are finishing android apps and then phase 3 and 4 is for blackberry platform.
