Need Rockstar Designer w/ PHP, JS, HTML/CSS and Flash Skills

We're a web design firm in need of a technically-minded designer who can create great web designs from the ground up with little coaching. We manage the projects, work with the design on themes, vibe and wireframe features, and then it is up to the designer to take it from there. Some production work will be maintenance on existing sites (banners, modifications to existing layout, new page creation) and other projects will be ground-up constructions that start from a blank slate. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge (and portfolio to back it up) of Flash, custom HTML design using CSS3 layouts (no tables!), mid-level knowledge of PHP, and some experience with WordPress, although we often use our own proprietary CMS. All applicants MUST be FULL-TIME FREELANCERS, not moonlighters who work for an agency in the daytime. Some weeks, we'll require 5 hours of work or less while other weeks we may need 60+ hours. The right candidate will be our go-to person for all of our ongoing maintenance and new site builds. Applicants must also work North American business hours, regardless of geographic location and must be extremely fluent in the English language.
