2-3 Minute Animation Video for Kickstarter Project

I'm looking to create a 2-3 minute video for my Kickstarter project. I'm trying to raise money for my children's and young adult books to help cover publishing costs, promotional items, conference and book fair fees. For this project, I'll provide the voice overs and music, but I'm looking for someone who can help me with the animation. I want my characters to put on a 'talent show' where each of them will do a brief introduction of themselves (if it's easier, the intro of the characters can just include a still picture of them on screen with a voice over and then in the next scene, it can show the same character on a piano about to sing a song in front of a stage with a band OR just a curtain. The characters have already been illustrated, but I'm not sure which format would be best for the animator, so let me know what you need and I will see if I can get it.
