Joomla Template Required

Dear Workers, The images have been attached of the layout that i require ! . It should be as it is. I will pay not more then 30/35 $ for the template design, its pretty simple just needs module placements and etc. I would appreciate a joomla package to be installed, more like a quickstart provided to me . Rules and Regulations : The Template should be highly customizable with additions free modules on the left and the right side. The template should not contain a copyright. Images can be provided upon request such as the logo image and the footer color dimensions and etc The template is to be delivered in a day The Slider module has to be sent with the template for proper integration.
