View full sizeThis sweet settee makes a lovely spot to rest.My front porch is really more of an extended stoop. There's a tiny covered entry area, then a concrete extension along the front of the living room. It's just wide enough for a chair or two and some pots. It faces east, so afternoons and evenings are fine but this summer I may add an umbrella for Saturday morning coffee to try to deflect the morning sun. Lacking a roof, it means I can't have a swing. And it's narrow width limits my chairs to small ones. I dream, however, of a chaise lounge or settees. That aforementioned swing. Lovely rockers with cushions... But what's your idea of heaven on a porch?
