A. PROJECT SUMMARY
A Wordpress website for a local car storage business. The website must (1) outperform the competitors' websites in both looks and function, (2) be SEO friendly with more than Wordpress' native SEO features if possible, (3) flexible with widget positions, (4) user friendly on the backend, and (5) consistent with shopping cart solutions (WooTheme and others) to offer online registration for car storage services. The registration feature is optional for this project and can be implemented at a later time under another project if it delays the project and increases its cost.

D. BIDDER REQUIREMENTS
Bidder must speak english fluently, be available for chats on Skype, and promptly respond to emails. We're looking for a long-term business relation and want to work with someone who can take future projects. We have several clients and want someone who can possibly become our go-to website developer for future projects.

But whether you modify or build a theme from the bottom-up, our priority is quality work. Most our website projects are Wordpress websites. But occasionally, we have the need for a Joomla website, although not very often. Having some experience with Joomla can help with future projects.
MPORTANT:
We want the website built from start to finish. This includes Design, Coding, Installation, Content Upload, work on DNS, Website Server, etc. Our choice server is Amazon S3 and Couldfront but are open to other server suggestions. The new website will replace an existing website. Any DNS and Server expenses will obviously be covered by us and not the bidder.
