Java App with web portal w/ Google Maps Nav display

Using an existing SDK form Bio-Key I want a simple demo app written which will enroll user biometrically, take a gps & time stamp with it (if gps available on device or current coverage), identify a user with a device for which the SDK renders driver knowledge unnecessary. In other words this is a pure software JAVA coding exercise. Feasibility will get this person further work on more advanced app development and display possibilities. Copy of the programming overview for the SDK is supposed to be attached to this request. There is supposedly JAVA only requirement. ALL data is to be served up by or imported from customer source - there is NO data maintenance requirement. The final intention is to take this to (at the moment), the AZURE cloud platform. This could very well lead to an ongoing engagement due to the familiarity factor in choosing future developers.
