Baby clothing eCommerce site

I am starting a business in which I plan to sell baby clothing and would like to hire a web designer with similar experience. The work is purely design as I already have a development team who can write the backend code once the frontend is complete. It would be great if you can provide samples of your previous work. I am a software developer and have specific requirements for the front end. I would like to have SEO friendly pages with crawler friendly URLs, minimal javascript, no flash, etc. The designer should also be good with image editing/Photoshop. I also need a few baby pictures on the site. In total, I need about 30 pages. Here is a list of some of the pages required: Home Product View Category Pages(about 15 categories in all) Shopping Cart Items Login Page Registration Registration Confirmation User Details Page Billing Address Change Edit Password Order History About Us Privacy Policy Terms and Conditions SiteMap Shipping and Delivery Return Policy I have created wireframes using PencilProject for all pages above and will provide this once an agreement is made. This will give the designer a general idea of what I am looking for but I am also open to suggestions. Please respond only if you have excellent web design skills.
