Magento Help needed

Hi, I have installed a magento shop including the magento classic theme. Some major extensions have been successfully installed already. I have problems understanding the structure of magento system files, This is why I need someone to help me to understand, so I can manage the shop myself. This is what needs to be done: - newsletter subscription box needs to be put in different place in frontend - facebook box needs to be moved in frontend - the grey background of classic theme top banner needs to get replaced by white color - "your shopping cart is empty" needs to be translated into german - the watermark © 2008 Magento Demo Store needs to be removed - the zizio group buying extension needs to get tested and content needs to get edited - teaching me how and where frontend content can be edited I definately need a few skype phonecalls because chat often takes too long for communicating. My time zone is Shanghai / Hong Kong All in all this is an easy and quick task for magento experts.
