Large Dbase database to web project

I can do all the graphics in a psd I need a programmer an it to help with the rest. There are several pages that are informational that I will need to upload pdfs and files to as well as text. I want to be able to input the information. Then there are two dtabases that people come in and fill out theior event information. It is then searchable to others by location and type (4-5 types) and date. This info also feeds a ticker on main page for two months of upcoming events. Almost like [login to view URL] the next database also has people registering their info and volunteer opportunities - searchable by location - possible upgrade to type later on. There is also a page that need user name and password protected. Not the whole site just a special page. the rest of the pages are mostly links and places to add text info. There is also pages to upload stories picturees and video. here is file of first page the gray box is where id like the ticker like the nasdaq ticker I need to be able to manage website. But two database pages where people fill out their info and it is added to a searchable database. 1) Tool for archiving old database 2) Tool for importing the new database in SQL (Linux server ) 3) Tool for testing the database 4) Search screen for users with up to 12 search fields 5) Upon search, users will be able to browse the results; 5a) Print one record 5b) Print all results 5c) Download results in an excel format, 5d) Limit of 500 results per search 6) On another page Users will need a user ID and Password to use data 7) We need an admin screen for user id and password generation This is a starting point we will want ongoing support, so please bid the project and you support prices separately in your email.
