PSD to HTML for eemon

Hi, I need freelancer that can receive a PSD and send me the HTML back the PSD will be a page with "right to left style (hebrew)" but the html must be also Left to Right compliant... i need it validate with W3c ( no table, full css ). support ie6, ie7 ,ie8, ie9 support FF 2+ support Chrome The psd file must be cut properly. The psd will be delivered to the bid winner. Send example work with bid.
