Joomla Member Profile and Member Map Search Component/Module

Member Profile and Member Map Search Project Previous programmer was unable to complete this project. I need a reliable Joomla component person to take over and complete this project who has a strong working character. You may build on his files or start over. Assignment is not difficult but detailed. Because of my previous experience, milestones will not be paid. Project consists of 2 parts. Part 1 Member Profile: (Detailed picture samples are available for interested programmers) This should be made as a pop-up and will be for updating and editing only; it will not be used for the initial member registration. Features to include…9 tabs…tabbed or css layout, dashboard area for member-controlled editing, member search directory (2 groups), small script (click-to-verify) that member may place on his website which connects to his profile, also will need a detailed admin area for full control of all features. Part 2 Google Maps Member Search: (Detailed picture samples are available for interested programmers) This should be a pop-up. It should be based on the open-source plug-in from: [login to view URL] It is an open-source plug-in. It should be combined to work with provided picture samples. The GoogleMaps Plug-in parameters can be found here: [login to view URL] The map needs to serve 2 functions: member search and display weather Both parts 1 and 2 must work in Joomla v 2.5 / Php v 5.3.1 or later / MySQL v 5.5.2 or later. With the exception of GoogleMaps API all code must be self contained and all features of the project must not utilize any outside services. The source code and files cannot be encrypted, point to any website and be freely mine. You cannot post it in the Joomla depository as a free or commercial component with or without modifications. Bid price should reflect component made, tested and final round of changes/tweaking.
