Marketing/PR wanted for new Niche Online Marketplace

Marketing Team wanted for startup. Ideally USA based with the ability to possibly reach English markets in starting phases (USA first focus with UK, Australia, Canada secondary) Hello! I am looking for a great marketing individual or team that can assist with promoting and getting our new niche marketplace in front of the right audience in all media streams. OUR BUSINESS: We have created a niche plus size shopping marketplace. (The first dedicated) It is a fix-price e-commerce site. We do have a temporary site available as you will see the link in the attached document where you can read about our FAQs & view our future website layout/style which is in final development for the next 2-4 weeks. Looking to launch in Summer 2012 (June - August) OUR AUDIENCE: We want to connect with both consumers and product providers in this industry. (Plus Size Specific) Our shopping audience should consist of bot men and women. Women will be key however. Female Plus size women 18-55 years old , USA based. WHAT WE WANT / ADVERTISING: * Marketing materials - email campaigns, social media related (text, concepts, general how to & solid plan) * Early signups by SELLERS on our market temporary site *Newsletter signups pre-launch from interested buyers * Media Kit/ Press Release * My personal bio updated - If you think it needs it. *We also want to spread the word across many mediums. This includes general and niche: TV shows, talk shows, Bloggers, Press Releases, Plus Size (P.S.) Radio stations, Nightclubs, Conventions, Summits, Expos, Plus size novelist, specialty retailers, magazines, e-zines, The type of marketing I am looking for is multi dimensional. This should be a call to shoppers and sellers. WHAT WE'VE GOT: - We have a large global directory of industry specific companies and individuals. (Websites, bloggers, radio stations, emails and bookmarked by categories) - We have a current mailing list of people using our other Plus Size related websites. - We have twitter pages with approx 500+ niche companies/individuals that could be interested ADDITIONAL NOTES: * Looking to breath life & excitement and uniqueness to the marketing efforts. Showcasing we are absolutely worth buying and selling from. * Please inform us of how you work, this is our first time working with external marketing.
