Website posting to Twitter & Facebook API

Hi,
I want a simple website where people login using either their Facebook or Twitter account.
They type a message & then it gets tweeted & posted to a facebook page I have setup.
In the tweet / post they will use a # to tag a certain word. I need these tags to be counted each time they are posted & then on the front page it displays the top 10 tagged words for that week.
You will also be able to click to see the top 10 from last week, last month, last 3 months, last 12 months, previous year, all time.
When a user logins to the site from twitter the I want my twitter account to automatically follow them through the API.
I want a very simple design similar to: [url removed, login to view]://[url removed, login to view]
You will need to design the logo but again similar to above.
