Facebook Connect Like Yahoo News in PHP

Project Detail: We need a facebook application like Yahoo News or [login to view URL] are using. The application basically allow a facebook user to connect with the site and then each time the user read an article on the website, the application automatically post an update to the user's profile. See screenshot attached to this job for details. Basically we will need this to run on a wordpress powered website but we will like to have a php version since we already have developers in hand to convert it to a wordpress plugin. That's our available budget for the raw version of this application. Work condition: You will have to develop the application on your own end and keep us updated. Payment will be done at one go only after you deliver the software in a working condition and once we are satisfied with the functionality.
