MikroTik with Splash Page approval by "Like" on Facebook.

The goal is to create a splash page that redirects the user to a special web page prior to gaining access to the Internet. The hardware used will be a MikroTik 450G (or equivalent) router. This page will link with Facebook, allowing the user to access the Internet only after they "Like" our Facebook page. Instant access is given to anyone who has already "Like" the Facebook page in the past. The user should be able to be clearly view and use this functionality using a standard computer (i.e.: notebook, laptop), tablet, Android or iOS device. I wish to be able to set up future MikroTik routers in this fashion, so instructions on how to replicate it would be ideal. ** extra credit: The usable time and/or total bandwidth consumed could be tailored based on the number of Facebook recommendations. A user who "Likes" page gets 15 minutes free with 2 MB of data, while a user who "Likes" and gets 5 others to "Like" gets unlimited time and data.
