Last week we ventured abroad with a question about how much you used your oven.
One of the commenters said they like the European idea of blending kitchen and laundry room, where a washer and dryer are set up next to kitchen cabinets. "Very easy plumbing, fast access to outdoor vent. You can do all of your chores in the same area of the house," said cklogic.
My coworker Pat says her mom had that arrangement but disliked the laundry noise while working in the kitchen. Pat has her washer and dryer in a bathroom, where, she says, she can shut the door and not have to hear the noise.
Where do you want your laundry?
