Facebook APP Development Simple Job

Hello, I am looking for someone to develop a facebook app for me to post on users wall with their permission. The application must do: - When a friend clicks on the link which is posted on user's wall they should be directed to add app page and even if they add/cancel adding the app they should be redirected to the original post link. - App must be able to post on users wall using rss feeds or via facebook share. I have a number of websites like funny pictures and videos etc and a few fan pages I normally post new links from my websites to the fan pages using rss grafitti What I need is an app for users to add and whenever I post a link to app either using rss feeds or any share button they will add on all user's wall saying like David shared a link via AppName and the link details when someone normally shares a link it grabs title thumbnail description etc when someone directly opens the app they get go to app page or add app like those buttons and on main app page its just a graphics page saying like our pages or something or add the app the most important thing lets say the app posts a link to all users walls some friends click on those links they should go to app page first just like dailymotion app does asking them to add app they will go to the original post link if they add or cancel either way I need it to be in PHP and open source.
