setup Sharepoint Website, long term project - GERMAN

We want to use Sharepoint 2010 in our company and need a professional programmer to set up, connecting it to some tables of a MS SQL 2010 database and Outlook/Exchange 2010. We have SBS Server 2011 and a SQL Server 2008 on a separate virtual machine.
As we are not firm with all possibilities we want to do that on a hourly base but step by step for a longer period of time.
BE AWARE: GERMAN language speaking progemmer needed, because the whole server environments are german versions!!
