New Design for File Share PHP script

Hello I am selling a script and i need a complete new design for it. The script is quite complex (php, css,..) so i need the new design to be integrated in the existing script. I will provide a server where the script is installed so you can work on it. When completed and tested, i will need to have the files that were modified so i can integrate them into my .rar file that i am selling. I have enclosed pictures of the home page ,the download page design and the member dashboard .. all that need to be changed. I need something really nice (maybe yellow and blue ..i don't know). I am really not good with design and graphics. Please don't bid just sayin "i can do that" pm me with more info, samples, if you already worked with complex php script to integrate with, ... WHAT you think you can do for this project. The php files are NOT to be taken from server and re-distributed by you to others. Thank You. Also if you are coder (php-mysql), i may also have work for you after that as i need modifications on the script
