HIGH QUALITY & Unique Real Estate Article Writer Needed

I am looking for high quality content writers to write for my real estate blog on a steady, long term basis. You will be writing articles on a wide range of real estate topics of your choosing and I will supply you with keywords to be used in the articles.

Articles can be about anything regarding real estate. i.e. relocating, moving, inspections, mortgage, finance, home searching, buyers, sellers, etc.

After I have seen good work from you initially, you will generally have about 10 articles per week to complete for a total of 40 articles a month for my review.

All articles must be written by someone who speaks EXCELLENT ENGLISH and can make them concise and to the point. You must write as though you are a NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER and you can not fill your work with fluff words just to fill space.

I will pay $2.00 for each 400-600 word HIGH QUALITY and UNIQUE article.

Any keywords I give you need to be used in a normal and conversational tone throughout the articles and should be present in the article title, the first sentence, and once or twice in each following paragraph, including the closing paragraph. You can rotate list of keywords for each article and place as you see fit.

I am looking for a total keyword density of around 2-2.5% in each article and I will show you a website online where you can check the keyword density easily. Failing that though, as long as the keyword is present in the title, first sentence, and every paragraph after will do.

I will pay with Paypal at the end of each 40 articles submitted, which will mostly be weekly as long as you are able to complete all of the assignments given for that week. (10 articles weekly) So the sooner you complete the work to proper standards, the sooner you will be paid.

If I hire you, I will pay you at the completion of your first 10 article batch to show you that I pay.

Each article should be informative to the reader and have 100% correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation in order for you to sound like a native English writer.

Also, each project submitted must be AT LEAST 85% unique and pass copyscape (I will check). If an article does not pass a plagiarism check or has poor spelling, punctuation and grammar, you will not be paid for it until you have corrected and resubmitted it to me for approval.

I will own all of the rights to each written article and you will not be able to re-use, sell, or reproduce them without my consent.

I will only be able to pay if all of the requirements in this listing are met.
