Webshop build on OpenCart or Magento

We are looking for a e-commerce/ webshopdevelopment guru wich want to build a great PhoneCase Webshop. We have a plan to make a great webshop and make it leading on the Dutch Market, first let's tell us something about the plan. We had build it before on magento but that's not our first choice anymore because its very slow, but we still love it because of the possiblities of Magento.. But we will leave that up to you, suprise us with your plan :) what we want to create is a 123 click webshop customers come, select their brand and there type, secondly refine that results by color, material and price so they will always found their product they need. Now we have installed OpenCart on that domain because of our hostingpartner told us that OpenCart is also very flexible and its lightning fast. Please see attached files for how we want our webshop. We are working on a dropshipment base with our supplier so we have a CSV file and XML file and all images of all the products, they also needed to be imported. Also the stock feed needs to be automaticly imported and updated each day. We have a total budget for this project and its 300USD.
