Web design of simple user interface

We have a **working and preliminarily designed** user interface of a simple car tracking system not open for public. In this interface the users are able to locate their vehicle, view current and previous trips, send a few commands to the car and other simple actions. This can be deduced from the attached screen shots. **This is all done and working. We do not require any programming of these functions** What we are looking for is purely web design of the 5 pages (plus login) shown in the attached files. Note that the content has already a preliminary design, so our focus is 100% to improve the appearance: we are looking for a freelancer that will take that content and make it look good: No content needs to be added or removed - The freelancer can modify **ALL** the appearance as he thinks will give better results. Only the logo is to be kept. - The freelancer can use any technology methods he sees fit. Our programming however is done in php, so each of the resulting 5 pages has to be a .php (we have the current and will provide them to the freelancer) Flash animations are not desired. - Any suggestion and improvement of the appearance of the google map is highly appreciated. This project is intentionally made very simple as there will be a follow up for the design of the rest of the site. This ensues a low bid on this project.
