Need a professional wordpress theme developer

Hello, Lets get straight to the point. I actually want a word press image theme. So I am looking for a professional theme designer. Basically the concept of theme is that there will be a slide show of images which can be changed by next and previous post navigation arrows. There will be advertising space below the picture on the side bars and right after the header. This is the basic idea of the theme. I will discuss all in more depth in PM.
