Magento Site Work

Right now this is the work I need done on my website: I need someone to build a module that will enable me to choose what products will not be eligible for free shipping. Perhaps a "Yes / no" option on every product, where default is Yes, and only NO if I set it to be. What I want to happen is; A custom message on the shopping cart. It should say something like "One or more of the items in your shopping cart is not eligible for free shipping, please call us for a shipping quote". I constantly need more work done on the site. Mostly small projects but there's something new every week. If I like your work, you'll be the first I ask for future projects. if you can't do them, I'll find someone else. Best Regards, WebHydro
