Exsisting business that needs a totally new logo, limited budget. Looking for an experienced designer to create my company logo. We are looking for a modern professional look.

The name of the business is Charters365. Our company provides transportation services such as Chartered bus trips, limo, and corporate transportation.
The logo is to be used in the following areas:
Business cards
Website
Invoices
Emails
Banners
Online Ads, and all other business transactions.
Designer must demonstrate that the logo can be scaled up and down to fit the applications listed above without deterioration or distortion of quality and content of the logo.

Output Files to be provided
Preferably vector based ([url removed, login to view], .CDR (Corel Draw) and .AI (Adobe Illustrator).
