Salon App for Android and Iphone

I need a salon app similar to the above. It must have two parts. First Part will be for salon owners (free). Second part will be for the customers on their phones (pay). Salon will be able to connect with their customers using this software. Please check above it is a mobile app loader site with a sample salon software with 85% of the info I would like in it. Please read and check the site. Price range must include written software for both iphone and android phones. It's not a lot of work as there are many apps out there now but I have tweeks that I would add to it.
